This job has the following responsibilities
- Support for clients using Microsoft OS and software. Specifically
- Server 2012 – 2019
- Windows 7 – Windows 10 Pro
- MS Office/Office 365
- Provide pleasant and re-assuring interaction with clients to update them on the progress of their issue
- Process and follow through all client submitted support ticket requests using Help Desk software, E-mail and Phone
- Enter verbal or e-mail submitted support requests into Help Desk software
- Good troubleshooting communication skills
- On-Site travel and installation of equipment as needed (computer moves, under-desk troubleshooting, rack installation, ceiling mounts etc.)
- Monitor technicians progress on active tickets/issues and provide guidance and assistance in prioritization
- Documentation of processes and procedures
- Valid Florida driver’s license for some local travel. Company vehicle provided.
