IT Technician

We are seeking a mid-level IT Technician to join our growing, fast paced company. We work with and support a wide array of advanced technologies and solutions across various industries. This job has the following responsibilities

  • Support for clients using Microsoft OS and software. Specifically
    • Server 2012 – 2019
    • Windows 7 – Windows 10 Pro
    • MS Office/Office 365
  • Provide pleasant and re-assuring interaction with clients to update them on the progress of their issue
  • Process and follow through all client submitted support ticket requests using Help Desk software, E-mail and Phone
  • Enter verbal or e-mail submitted support requests into Help Desk software
  • Good troubleshooting communication skills
  • On-Site travel and installation of equipment as needed (computer moves, under-desk troubleshooting, rack installation, ceiling mounts etc.)
  • Monitor technicians progress on active tickets/issues and provide guidance and assistance in prioritization
  • Documentation of processes and procedures
  • Valid Florida driver’s license for some local travel. Company vehicle provided.
